Program Details
Location: Mercer University’s Macon campus
Enrollment term: Summer semester
Length of program: 6 semesters
Practical Application: Students complete five clinical rotations in the six-semester Program.
These clinical rotations take place in secondary schools and colleges/universities to expose students to diverse client populations with a wide range of athletic injuries. Additionally, students complete mini-rotations in primary care physician offices, orthopedic physician offices, emergency rooms, and physical therapy clinics, providing exposure to clients across the lifespan with acute and chronic illnesses.
All rotations throughout the clinical year are assigned by the Mercer University Master of Athletic Training Program.
