Location: Mercer University’s Atlanta campus
Enrollment term: Fall semester
Length of program: 5 years (4 years of coursework and clinical practicum experiences, plus 1 year of a pre-doctoral internship)

Practical Application: During years 2-4 of the Program, students complete a 12-month clinical practicum experience each year at sites in the metro-Atlanta area.

These experiences occur in various settings, including hospitals, the Veterans Affairs facilities, college counseling centers, and private practices, where students provide assessment and intervention services.

In addition, during year 5 of the Program, students complete a 12-month predoctoral internship in clinical psychology at a national, APA-accredited site.

The APA uses a matching process, which requires students to apply and participate in an interview for the internship.
